2023 ACB Telephonic Board of Directors Meeting Tuesday, August 15, 2023 Broadcast on ACB Media Six 8:00 PM ET – 11:00 PM ET 1.  Call to Order:  Deb Cook Lewis, President 2.  Roll Call and Introduction of Guests: Denise Colley, Secretary 3.  Review and Approval of Agenda:  Deb Cook Lewis, President 4.  Review and Approval of Minutes: June 30, 2023, Schaumberg, Illinois (Pre-convention), Denise Colley, Secretary 5.  Mission Moment: Deb Cook Lewis and Dan Spoone ACB celebrates all who contributed to the success of the 2023 ACB Conference and Convention in Schaumberg, IL. This includes every ACB staff member, the convention steering and program committees, our fabulous volunteers both members and people from the Schaumberg community, our IL host committee and so many, many more. It felt like we were all back together again even though many of us attended virtually. 6.  President’s Report:  Deb Cook Lewis A. Fall Board meeting dates: September 29-30 in Jacksonville, FL B. Update on Committee chairs and assignments C. Board discussion of a request from some members that we not hold a convention in Jacksonville, FL due to political considerations. A vote will be taken. D. Board resolution to change signatures on all ACB and ACBES bank accounts that end in 9070, 9062, 9222, 9118, and 9097.  Removing Eric Bridges and David Trott and adding Michael Garrett and Dan Spoone. 7.  Executive Director Report:  Dan Spoone A.   Review and approval of ACVREP letter pertaining Resolution 2023-16 B.   Other updates 8.  Review and Approval of the 2023 Resolution Priorities and Assignments:  Deb Cook Lewis, Jeff Thom, Clark Rachfal and Swatha Nandhakumar 9.  Election of the Budget Committee:  Elected members for 2022 were David Trott, Deb cook Lewis and Jeff Bishop.

2. Election of Executive Committee: Officers will be sent an additional Zoom link and Board members will use the Board meeting link. All will reconvene for the results. This portion of the meeting will not be streamed.
