Affiliate Record Vote for Resolution 2024-06 and Constitution and By-Laws amendments 2024-01, 02, 03 and 04.

Four Constitution and Bylaws amendments that were debated June 28, 2024 and submitted for Record Vote July 1, 2024. Note that Proposal 2024-03 was amended on June 28, 2024 and the amended version is included herein for Record Vote July 1, 2024.

Business meeting held virtually during the 2024 ACB Conference and Convention on June 28, 2024 where the following proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws were read, clarified, and debated:

• 2024-01 (editorial): To change all instances of "ACB Radio" to "ACB Media"
• 2024-02 align Article XI with the language and intent of Bylaw 6D
• 2024-03 Replacing "voice vote" with "rising vote" and amending the requirements for a record vote"
• 2024-04 Removing "or their designee ...."
